Visit of Education Officials from Cambodia

International Consultant and Research Adviser for Cambodia’s Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports, Dr Michael S. Parer, and the Rector of Norton University, Prof Chan Sok Khieng, paid a visit to WOU Headquarters.
